What do I need to create an account on the trading platform?
To sign up, press the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page. You will need to provide your company name, ABN and business address, and other standard user information, such as your email and mobile number.
Is there a fee for creating an account on the platform?
There are no fees for Buyers on Freshey. You will simply pay for your purchases and any related freight charges, which are conveyed to you at the checkout.
Can I change my account details, such as email address or password, after registration?
Yes, you can edit any of your account details easily through your account settings.
How can I search for specific fruits, vegetables, mushrooms, or nuts on the platform?
Simply type them into the search bars or you can even browse by each of these categories. There are multiple ways to search for products on Freshey.
What payment methods are accepted on the trading platform?
Freshey accepts Credit Cards (Fees Apply) including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also add credit to your account via a Bank Transfer with no fees. Coming soon are debt financing options and lines of credit.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value for purchases?
Freshey is a 2 sided marketplace where multiple sellers will add their products for sale as listings. Each listing will have a minimum order quantity set by the seller.
How soon can I expect my order to be delivered?
Your estimated delivery date will be conveyed to you at the checkout. Some product listings even have next day dispatch, which you can see on the listing as you browse.
Are there any discounts or promotions available for bulk orders?
The Sellers set the prices for their products and will have complete control of setting prices based on volumes sold.
What should I do if I receive damaged or spoiled products?
You can raise a dispute through your Orders section, and Admin will be notified immediately. They will handle the investigation from there.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If you need to adjust your order, you will be able to contact the administration team via Info@Freshey.com
How can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you will receive in platform updates of your order and can even see the scan history of your product. Turn on your notifications and you can receive text messages and/or emails too for delivery updates.
